Guest Terms & Conditions
Welcome to HoneyCraft Farm. We want every guest to enjoy a memorable, comfortable, and safe experience. These Terms & Conditions apply to reservations, overnight stays, farm experiences, meals, tastings, workshops, private events, and other activities offered by HoneyCraft Farm (“the Farm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By completing a reservation or participating in a HoneyCraft Farm experience, the guest acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with the provisions that apply to their reservation and visit.

Unless otherwise stated, the person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party are aware of and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Our standard cancellation policy is:
-
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival or experience will be refunded in full.
-
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will not be refunded.
-
Reservation changes are subject to availability and may result in a price change.
-
Certain special events, private bookings, holiday periods, packages, workshops, or group reservations may have separate cancellation terms. When separate terms apply, they will be communicated at the time of booking.
-
Refunds, when approved, will generally be returned to the original method of payment.
Weather and Farm Conditions
HoneyCraft Farm is a working agricultural property, and many experiences take place outdoors.
Farm conditions may change because of weather, seasonal conditions, animal welfare considerations, crop cycles, maintenance needs, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, relocate, postpone, or cancel an activity when we believe doing so is necessary for safety, animal welfare, property protection, or operational reasons.
When possible, we will offer a reasonable alternative, rescheduling option, credit, or refund when an activity is cancelled by HoneyCraft Farm.
Normal changes in weather, seasonal conditions, crop availability, flowering, harvest timing, or animal behavior do not necessarily constitute grounds for a refund.
Farm Environment and Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge that a farm is a natural and working environment.
Potential hazards may include, without limitation:
-
uneven or slippery ground;
-
mud, gravel, rocks, steps, fences, gates, ponds, streams, and natural terrain;
-
agricultural tools, equipment, machinery, and vehicles;
-
insects, bees, wildlife, livestock, and other animals;
-
plants, pollen, dust, hay, and other allergens;
-
changing weather conditions;
-
fire pits, cooking areas, hot surfaces, and outdoor structures; and
-
other conditions normally associated with rural and agricultural properties.
Guests agree to exercise reasonable care, follow posted signs and staff instructions, wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and avoid entering restricted areas.
Participation in farm activities is voluntary. To the extent permitted by applicable law, guests accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with visiting and participating in activities on a working farm.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Children
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for a child based on the child's age, abilities, behavior, and comfort around animals and farm environments.
Children may not climb fences, enter animal enclosures, operate equipment, wander into restricted areas, or interact with animals without permission from HoneyCraft Farm staff.
Animals and Livestock
Farm animals are living creatures and may behave unpredictably.
Guests must follow all instructions regarding feeding, touching, approaching, or interacting with animals.
Guests must not:
-
enter animal enclosures without authorization;
-
chase, frighten, tease, or mistreat an animal;
-
feed animals food that has not been provided or approved by HoneyCraft Farm;
-
open gates or enclosures; or
-
interfere with animal care or farm operations.
HoneyCraft Farm may immediately end a guest's participation in an activity if their behavior creates a risk to an animal, another guest, a staff member, or themselves.
Bees, Insects, and Allergies
HoneyCraft Farm may contain bees, wasps, insects, pollen, plants, animals, hay, dust, and other naturally occurring allergens.
Guests with known allergies, including serious or life-threatening allergies, are responsible for carrying any medication prescribed for their condition and for determining whether visiting the Farm is appropriate for them.
If you have a significant allergy that may affect your participation in an experience, please notify us before your visit so we can explain the nature of the environment and any reasonable accommodations that may be available.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free farm environment.
Food, Dining, and Dietary Requirements
Some HoneyCraft Farm experiences may include meals, tastings, snacks, farm products, or food prepared by us or third parties.
Guests must notify us of dietary restrictions and food allergies when booking or as early as reasonably possible before their visit.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements where possible; however, we cannot guarantee that any kitchen, preparation area, dining area, or food product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Menus and ingredients may change based on seasonality, availability, harvest conditions, and chef or producer discretion.
Alcohol and Wine
Where alcoholic beverages are served, guests must comply with all applicable age requirements and alcohol laws. Valid identification may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest when required by law or when we believe continued service would be unsafe or inappropriate.
Guests must not provide alcohol to minors or to anyone who is not legally permitted to consume it.
Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation and must not drive while impaired.
Guest Conduct
Guests must behave in a manner that does not endanger, threaten, harass, or materially disrupt other guests, staff, neighbors, animals, or farm operations.
We reserve the right to require a guest to leave the property, without refund where legally permitted, for serious or repeated misconduct, including:
-
abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or violent behavior;
-
deliberate damage to property;
-
unsafe interaction with animals;
-
unauthorized access to restricted areas;
-
excessive intoxication;
-
illegal activity; or
-
refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions.
Smoking, Vaping, and Fire Safety
Smoking, vaping, candles, fireworks, open flames, and similar fire risks are prohibited unless in specifically authorized areas.
Guests must observe all fire restrictions and staff instructions, particularly during dry conditions or periods of elevated wildfire risk.
Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
HoneyCraft Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Guests should not leave valuables unattended.
Any lost property found after a visit will be handled in accordance with our lost-property procedures and may be disposed of or donated after 30 days.
Damage to Farm Property
Guests may be responsible for reasonable costs arising from deliberate or negligent damage to accommodations, furnishings, equipment, landscaping, crops, animals, structures, or other Farm property caused by the guest or members of their party.
Any such charge will be supported by reasonable documentation where appropriate.

Where HoneyCraft Farm provides lodging, guests must observe the check-in and check-out times communicated with their reservation.

Check-out: 12:00 pm
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected. Only registered guests may stay overnight unless prior permission has been granted. Quiet hours are from 12am - 5am.

Pets
No Pets:
Pets are not permitted except for legally recognized service animals. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.
Photography and Recording
Guests are welcome to take reasonable personal photographs and videos unless otherwise indicated.
Photography or recording must not interfere with farm operations, compromise the privacy of other guests, enter restricted areas, or disturb animals.
Commercial photography, professional photo shoots, advertising content, filming, drones, or other commercial recording require prior written permission.
We will obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable images of guests for our own promotional purposes where required by applicable law.
Drones
Drones may not be launched, flown, or operated on or above HoneyCraft Farm without prior written authorization.
Authorization may be refused or withdrawn because of animal welfare, guest privacy, safety, aviation rules, weather, or other operational considerations.
Accessibility and Special Requirements
We aim to make our experiences welcoming to as many guests as reasonably possible.
Because HoneyCraft Farm is a rural and agricultural property, some paths, terrain, buildings, and activities may present accessibility limitations.
Guests with mobility requirements, disabilities, medical considerations, or other access needs are encouraged to contact us before booking so that we can provide relevant information and discuss available accommodations.
Health and Safety
Guests must comply with reasonable health and safety instructions provided by HoneyCraft Farm.
A guest should not participate in an activity if they know they have a condition that would make participation unsafe unless they have appropriately considered their individual circumstances and any relevant professional advice.
In an emergency, HoneyCraft Farm may contact emergency services where reasonably necessary.
Private Events and Group Bookings
Weddings, celebrations, retreats, corporate events, group dining, workshops, and private experiences may be governed by a separate event agreement.
Where a separate written agreement applies, the terms of that agreement will take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
The person making a group reservation is responsible for communicating applicable rules and requirements to members of the group.
Force Majeure
HoneyCraft Farm will not be responsible for a failure or delay in providing an experience, accommodation, event, or service when caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, wildfire, flooding, public health emergencies, utility interruptions, government restrictions, road closures, labor disruption, animal-health emergencies, crop failure, or other extraordinary events.
Where such circumstances occur, we will determine an appropriate response consistent with applicable law and the nature of the reservation, which may include rescheduling, credit, modification, or cancellation.

We may use guest information as reasonably necessary to:
-
process reservations and payments;
-
communicate about a booking;

Some services or experiences may be delivered in whole or in part by independent chefs, guides, instructors, transportation providers, wineries, producers, event professionals, or other third parties.
Where appropriate, guests may also be required to agree to the third party's own terms.
HoneyCraft Farm is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties except to the extent required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HoneyCraft Farm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a guest's visit, reservation, or participation in an experience.
